2024: Revenue growth in Russia by 10% to 5.6 billion rubles
In 2024, the American IT company Amdocs (Amdox Solutions Ltd LLC) received revenue in Russia in the amount of 5.55 billion rubles. This is 10.6% more compared to the previous year, when the result was 5.02 billion rubles. Such data are contained in the financial statements, which TAdviser got acquainted with at the end of July 2025.
The cost of sales on an annualized basis increased by more than a quarter - from 3.62 billion rubles to 4.61 billion rubles. Under the article "other income" there was a decrease from 3.59 billion rubles in 2023 to 2.27 billion rubles in 2024, that is, by 36.7%. Other expenses fell by 42.3% - from 3.61 billion rubles to 2.09 billion rubles. Management expenses almost doubled - from 127.79 million rubles to 242.68 million rubles.
Revenues from the sale of products, goods, works and services in 2024 decreased by 3.9% - from 5.15 billion rubles to 4.95 billion rubles. Payments to suppliers (contractors) for raw materials, materials, works and services fell by 3% - from 3.66 billion rubles to 3.55 billion rubles. Expenses in connection with the remuneration of workers added 2%, amounting to 437.13 million rubles against 428.74 million rubles in 2023.
Amdocs gross profit on the Russian market in 2024 was recorded at 938.7 million rubles, which is a third less than in the previous year (1.39 billion rubles). Profit from sales decreased by 45.1% - from 1.27 billion rubles to 696.02 million rubles, and net profit fell by 28.9% - from 952.87 million rubles to 677.79 million rubles.
Accounts receivable as of December 31, 2024 are indicated in the amount of 2.74 billion rubles, which is 58.5% more than in the previous year, when it amounted to 1.73 billion rubles. Accounts payable increased from 240.82 million rubles to 1.34 billion rubles, that is, by 456.3%.[1]

At the end of 2022, the revenue of the American company Amdocs in Russia (AMDOX SOLUSHNZ LTD LLC) increased by 181.7% to 4,671 million rubles. 2010: Implementation Incidents
Clearwire has signed a seven-year contract with Amdocs, one of the largest providers of end-to-end integrated customer relationship management solutions. According to the terms of the agreement, the American operator paid $47.7 million for the licensing and implementation of Amdocs systems only during the first half of 2010.
In August 2010, Clearwire announced that defects in Amdocs software caused the launch of a new customer service and billing system to be postponed to 2011.
This is stated in documents filed by Clearwire representatives with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Due to problems with Amdocs software, it will have to use its own system for at least one more year, Clearwire officials said.
