DaSystems: EDMS Segment

The designer of Document types, Attributes and Routes of passing of documents is built in EDMS "Segment".

In a system all possible types of hierarchical organization structures which can be used at design of routes of lifecycle of documents and in other cases are registered. One of striking examples of such structure is the ordinary hierarchy of the subordinated employees substituting employees or structure of user groups of a system.

The EDMS "Segment" electronic archive is secure storage location of electronic files, provides automatic and transparent generation of document revisions, the simple and reliable program interface of access to files from external information systems.

High-speed full-text search and stream scanning are also the built-in functions of a system.

In a system the EDS own mechanism completely according to the international standards CMS/PKCS#7 is implemented. The closed and public keys of users are generated by an algorithm according to GOST 28147.

Public keys are transferred to the users having the right of the approving or claiming signature. These keys can be used only at authentication of the digital signature on the document at emergence of disputable situations or in other cases.

The digital signature of the current document revision is generated with indication of the exact time of installation of the signature, the author and the appropriate personal certificate.

Since the algorithm is created on the basis of the commonly accepted standard, if necessary implementation can be certified in state bodies of the Russian Federation.

2015: EDMS "Segment" passed a test for compatibility with the products TmaxSoft

On June 17, 2015 the company "DaSystems" announced testing DBMS Tibero and application servers JEUS from TmaxSoft on compatibility with products "DaSystems".

Developers of the company "DaSystems" carried out test assembly, installed two main products: electronic document management system and electronic archive "Segment" and an integration service bus of the enterprise «Mediator» on the application server JEUS and DBMS Tibero.

During deployment and start of web applications in the environment of the server JEUS there were no errors, systems worked in a standard configuration. At adaptation DBMS Tibero specialists "DaSystems" used the official documentation on migration of "Tibero DB2 AP Migration Guide". They needed to make minor changes to structure of database objects and the minimum adjustments of the source code of information systems.

According to the results of the user testing of problems and errors did not arise.
