ELMA is Business Process Management Suite. It allows to pass from instructions to automatic exercise and control of processes and helps to manage efficiency of activity of the company. The mechanism of permanent improvement allows to develop management model in the company. ELMA is the platform which contains a set of basic functions. On the basis of the platform the product line of ELMA is under construction.

ELMA ECM+ contains conventional processes of document flow and helps to adjust the movement of documents and operating activities of the company. The combination of a BPM system and classical EDMS gives the chance to go beyond "office" and to organically build in e-document flow end-to-end processes of the company.

ELMA ECM+ is an excellent tool for operational management of the company. The application allows to solve all critical problems of the company of management of documents and business processes. The packet of ELMA ECM+ allows to work as with internal documents of the company (Office), and Agreements, for all their lifecycle. Also ELMA ECM+ allows to model processes of the company, to implement them in compliance with requirements and to improve under the changing conditions.

The packet of ELMA ECM+ is an excellent tool for operational management of the company. It includes the ELMA applications: Business process management, ELMA: Electronic document management. As well as all applications, it is based on the Internal ELMA portal.

But what to do if it is necessary to coordinate data from several configurations quickly? Or to construct business process in such a way that at a certain stage the appeal to 1C is required? For this purpose there is an integration Module with 1C.

Often in the companies the corporate portal is also used. This great place for the publication of general information, sometimes for communication in the company. But how to be with SED and Business processes? It is logical to use the specialized solution which is able to be built in the intranet portals of the company.

Very often in a workplace costs MS Outlook. ELMA provides a special plug-in for work with MS Outlook.

We developed for you ELMA for iPad – the simple and convenient solution which allows to work with functions of a system via the tablet computer. 2015: ELMA ECM+ 3.8

On November 22, 2015 the ELMA company declared a release of the ELMA ECM application + to version 3.8.

Developing the version of ELMA 3.8, the company concentrated on creation of conveniences to work of staff of office. In this version the nomenclature of affairs is processed. The main emphasis is put on its simplification – it has to be easy and convenient to the user, registration of the document should not take a lot of time.

The principle of work with case is changed – now only the document type is added to it – the document flow and a registration card are substituted automatically, it accelerates work with affairs due to single setup of document type.

Changes concerned not only web applications. In the Designer of ELMA the possibility of a SRC binding and a document flow to document type appeared. It allows to set several forms of SRC for one document type that facilitates work with affairs.

Change in the Designer affected the Document flow tab – on it the Numerators block appeared. In this block the system and user numerators allowing to calculate value of sequence number on the basis of increment and the last used value are reflected.

ELMA Outlook Plugin

The plug-in for the Microsoft Outlook e-mail client is completely processed. With its help it is possible manually or in the automatic mode to take in ELMA correspondence directly from Outlook. The plug-in supports the latests version of Microsoft Office.

In version 3.8 ELMA Outlook Plugin became an integral part of the Agent of ELMA. Thereby:

  • time expenditure was reduced by installation;
  • errors at its installation are excluded;
  • interaction of MS Outlook with the section of a system of ELMA "Work with Clients" is provided.

As before ELMA the Agent helps to work with private messages of the user and electronic documents.

2016 ELMA ECM+ 3.9

  • In the section Documents there was an opportunity to use EQL search which allows to create the filter even with such criteria which are not put in basic functionality of settings of the filter.
  • In the section Office the mechanism of the automatic publication of the nomenclature was finished, now the publication can be performed automatically on January 1st new year, it is not necessary to specify a certain date.
  • For simple and convenient modeling of processes in the Designer of ELMA new blocks of transactions in the section Document flow appeared.
