Helios Data will provide support of IT of infrastructure of Hirou Rus company

The Hirou Rus LLC company — the Russian representative office of the Swiss company HERO GROUP — selected from quality of the partner for ensuring support of corporate IT infrastructure of Helios Data service provider.

Within cooperation Helios Data will provide support of the server hardware and the automated jobs of Hirou Rus LLC company. According to the approved SLA for Hirou Rus company the high speed of reaction to the incidents connected with IT infrastructure and with time of elimination of an incident will be provided of 2 o'clock.
