bpm’online marketing is the marketing platform for management of multi-channel communications and cultivation of customer needs.

On November 20, 2014 the Terrasoft group provided the new product bpm'online marketing.

The bpm'online marketing system defines needs of buyers for formation stages. On February 26, 2015 the Terrasoft company announced release of upgraded version of bpm'online marketing.

A system saves the history of client behavior for collection of information about interests and customer needs. In addition, developers offered essentially new tool for automation of marketing campaigns — the visual designer of campaigns.

It is enough to user to configure a chain of communications and the rule of transition between chain steps, and a system will build individual communications with each client and itself will manage the movement of audience from a step to a step.

On June 18, 2015 the Terrasoft group announced release of release of the version of Bpm'online marketing 7.6.

Bpm’online marketing offers a number of tools for increase in conversion of leads. Integration with landings is considerably expanded, it will allow to register automatically leads in a system, to trace sources and channels of their receipt.

The visual designer of content will help to create in several minutes the letter for mailing, a Split test — to define the most successfully issued template, functionality of trigger campaigns — to adjust process of cultivation of leads according to the scheme: landing — the email series — readiness for purchase.

The version of bpm'online marketing 7.6 will help to create the attractive letter for mailing. It is enough to select suitable procurement from a template library, to substitute the text and to load drawings — and the letter is ready to be shipped.

For cases when it is necessary to make changes to a template of the letter or to prepare new, the ordinary and convenient designer of content is developed. The designer contains a set of ready blocks from which it is possible to bring together structure of the letter and also tools for work with content.

For check of reaction of audience to the same letter, but issued differently it is possible to use a Split test. It is enough to prepare two identical letters, but with small distinctions on appearance, to specify audience and to start the test. A system will select a small part of audience, will send both options in a random way and will provide contrastive analysis of responses. According to test results the marketing specialist will be able to select more successfully made template and to send it to the audience rest.
