Pilot project in "Sberbank of the Russian Federation" on Anaplan system implementation

Microtest jointly about "Sberbank-Technologies" implemented in the fall of 2014 a pilot project on the organization of calendar and resource planning of project works in territorial banks of JSC Sberbank of Russia based on the solution Anaplan.

System implementation of Anaplan allows to receive online at all levels of management the broad picture of the performed project works and resources used by the territorial banks (TB).

The solution helps to increase quality of the activities planned by project managers for the account passing through TB and control of the probable conflicts. A system extends to more than 80 users located in 16 TB.

Implementation of a task was assigned to Office CIO on Territorial development of Sberbank-Tekhnologii company. The draft decision on the organization of calendar and resource planning of project works based on the Anaplan system among others offered by Microtest company was selected as one of the most relevant and perspective.
