Unicsoft proposes to simplify counterparty procedures with an integrated solution combining EOS for SharePoint and the counterparty verification module. Such a set of mechanisms, according to the developer, simplifies, for example, obtaining the details of the organization. Based on the TIN, the system automatically fills the rest of the data without human error and in a single format. When assessing risks, the system automatically requests data on the counterparty from the aggregator and adds to the organization's card, for each organization you can track the history of changes. If any or all of the risks are identified, the system sends an alert to the responsible manager. When the contract negotiation stage occurs, the module can request additional information or update the existing ones and, if critical factors are identified, the transaction can be blocked or a warning sent. To ensure security, all counterparty data received from the aggregator can be divided into blocks, and access to blocks can be differentiated.

Unicsoft also noted another solution based on EOS for SharePoint - SED-bot, which remotely interacts with employees of the organization. The robotic service independently collects all the necessary information from the employee in stages. Asking one question after another, such a tool generates a packet of information and sends it to the SED for processing, after which the SED gives an answer. This, according to the developer, is convenient for appeals about applications for vacations and time off, for passes, as well as for technical support. Entering the chat, the employee sees a greeting by name - this confirms that he is correctly identified by the system. After the employee has selected a document type (for example, technical support), the chat bot asks you to enter a description of the situation, the urgency of the request, and photograph the problem. You can also download documents in doc and PDF formats, links to external resources to the chatbot. After that, the chatbot transmits all the collected information to the SED, where the application card is formed. Thus, interaction with the SED is carried out without logging in, which is convenient at a remote site - for example, at a construction site, according to Unicsoft.

EOS for SharePoint 4.3
In 2017, EOS released a new version of EOS for SharePoint 4.3. The main changes related to the interface upgrade (the presentation of the new version is available here).
In version 4.3, first of all, the features of users' perception of various elements are taken into account - registration cards, a list of tasks, a "tree" of related documents and a visual representation of business processes. For users to spend as little time as possible on the perception and analysis of information from the ECM system.
Making a decision on documents is now possible faster: the registration card interface allows you to view all significant information in just a second. All information that is required to determine the fate of a document is displayed on a single screen.
It takes less time to access the attached files. Hierarchical links (bundles) of documents are now presented in a new form: when viewing the "tree" of documents, the user immediately sees all the files that belong to the main card.
In addition, in EOS for SharePoint, you can now configure personal categories. In a personal account, the user can highlight tasks and documents in different colors, and then, focusing on color, sort records. Such an opportunity is also implemented in the mobile application of the system.
The new thing that appeared in version 4.3 is the visualization of reconciliation routes and other business processes. Visual routes present the information in the most user-friendly way, and this allows you to get information about the stage of processing documents and involved participants in the process as quickly as possible.
Using the capabilities of the system using Timeline technologies, you can create a log of actions (signatures) for the document and display it in tabular form with details of date and time, with the actions (changes) for each of the employees involved in the process. "Transparency" increases, time to analyze the situation and make a decision is reduced.
Also, the new version of EOS for SharePoint uses intelligent processing tools, so the user can minimize "manual" operations with system objects. For example, it is possible to automatically generate orders based on content analysis. The list of operations that the system performs automatically after the required configuration is also extended.
Mention should also be made of a couple of new features. The first of these is the function of checking the picking of files attached to the card during registration. The second allows you to automatically write documents to business - "along the chain" or simultaneously, with the entire folder. It is enough to explain to the system once what you need - and next time it will save itself from another portion of the routine.

EOS for SharePoint 4.2 provides additional options for customizing the interface:

The overall design of document and project cards has changed. This version of EOS for SharePoint refines the interface of some workstations:
- special control panels with units facilitating access to the main operations and information in the system have been added to the recorder and controller PCs.

In EOS for SharePoint 4.2, user photos are additionally displayed in the "tree" of the order and the route of the collaboration workflow - an employee who participates in collective work in the ECM system perceives his colleagues visually, in addition to associations with a surname and name. All reports from EOS for SharePoint can be uploaded to Excel, where they can be displayed graphically. The presentation of reporting forms in this format provides the analytical information contained in the report in more detail and clearly, which facilitates its perception.
In version 4.2, objects and operations appeared that log user actions.
Changes in the EOS for SharePoint version affected the design of the workflow launch form, the alert system, report forms (expanded list of reports by user roles), the mechanism for verifying some fields, etc. In the near future, the system will be supplemented by the CMEA support module (Electronic Interaction Server).
2015: EOS for SharePoint 4.1
On October 21, 2015, Electronic Office Systems announced the release of EOS for SharePoint 4.1.

In EOS for SharePoint 4.1, developers have improved the way information is displayed in sections of the system user's desktop: in the unit for quick viewing of active tasks at the user's workplace, when the cursor hovers over a specific task, a pop-up unit appears with detailed information (information about the order author, controller, executors, registration data, etc.). This allows you to get an idea of the task without opening it in a separate window, which saves time.
A tool has been created for viewing attachments in full-screen mode - their preview is now available directly in the document card using Office Web Apps, and it is not necessary to open each file separately.
In this version, the design of the user workstation has changed and there are additional options for configuring the individual interface. You can now select one of the available design templates based on different color schemes. You can also add a background to the desktop in EOS for SharePoint, which will give the workplace individuality.
Changes in the interface affected dialog boxes, task forms for documents and orders, selection of items from directories and the list of users. For example, in the file cabinet, you can now control the disclosure of the "order tree" - the user can choose the desired level of disclosure.
In the version of EOS for SharePoint 4.1 the usability of execution of tasks is improved (coordination, a statement, execution, acquaintance and so forth). Now available options of actions by consideration, acquaintance and performance of a document can be adjusted depending on requirements at the level of a card file of documents.
Assignments and teamwork: new logic and additional functionality
Changes occurred in the work with orders - the logic of working with this object type has been updated. You can now create recurring order proposals and print forms for order proposals. It also became available to create a document to execute an order task and register the parent order for the current order in the system.
The changes affected the mechanism for performing tasks to familiarize themselves with documents, the policy of users' rights to create orders and write-offs, control modes for the rights to create orders, the logic of working with electronic signatures in orders, attaching drag & drop files, printing barcodes (it became possible to print arbitrary text over the barcode, document number and date), etc.
Some technical changes in EOS for SharePoint 4.1 have allowed you to speed up and simplify the user's work. Use "client" rendering of fields and input areas, which helps to speed up display and update information of dialog boxes and forms without completely restarting the page. Support for customizable workstations and enhanced filter capabilities in the new version make the user experience more comfortable and productive.
Changes in the new version of EOS for SharePoint affected not only the main functionality of the system, but also service capabilities - it became easier and more convenient to work with the SED configuration unit: a single list of system settings appeared that allows you to work with the parameters of all file cabinets on one page. Additional settings have also been added to the delegation block. In addition to the previous user replacement function (for example, in the case of a temporary absence of a primary employee), EOS for SharePoint 4.1 has the ability to combine positions. To support full-fledged teamwork, the function of informing the user about the appointment of an assistant, deputy, combination and transfer of tasks to him was added.

2014: EOS for Share Point 4.0
EOS for Share Point 4.0 runs on the Microsoft SharePoint 2013 platform - a solution that is technologically significantly different from its predecessors, and one of the important changes here was the expanded capabilities to create a unique corporate style and design. It was the technological innovations of the new platform that formed the basis of the fourth version of the ECM system from EOS .
To release a new version of the EOS solution based on the results of the internal competition, he chose the Interactive Design Laboratory company specializing in the development of interfaces. As a result, emphasis was placed on maximizing the usability of the system.
For EOS for Share Point 4.0, a new design template was developed, visually resembling the standard design of SharePoint 2013, but nevertheless completely different. All changes were subject to the principles of improving the usability of the decision. To achieve the desired results and make the EOS for Share Point interface as friendly as possible, EOS conducted interviews with users of the solutions, collected and analyzed their wishes, and in accordance with the information received, the main parameters of the interface were revised.
EOS for Share Point uses a minimalist design, and it will be the same for almost all devices, which will make the transition from one device to another "seamless," invisible to the user. Also, the developers updated navigation, created special three-level filters.
"In EOS for Share Point 4.0, we offer two completely new concepts, two new approaches to creating an ECM system. The first is the presence of a single universal workplace, "says Yevgeny Chervyakov. "Its main purpose is to provide the user with a single interface, thanks to which you can work with any of the modules, and do this in a familiar, understandable and convenient way."
An arbitrary number of sections are now located in the workplace, depending on the user role. In addition, we added a dashboard to the main page of the workplace - a special set of widgets that allows you to present a large amount of data in a visual and concise, and therefore easy-to-perceive form - for example, on the tasks facing the employee and their status. All innovations are focused on minimizing the number of clicks, transitions and allowing the user to focus on the most important information and actions.
EOS for Share Point 4.0 is a "boxed" solution with extensive customization capabilities that enable you to tailor your system to your unique business needs. If your company is more comfortable using a "box" solution, you can use any of the five work center options that are originally configured for typical tasks for a specific employee category. If the structure and tasks of the company require non-standard approaches, then it is easy to create jobs based on basic jobs that meet the requirements.
In the new version of the solution, the functionality has undergone significant changes. In particular, there have been significant changes at the "functional" and "technological" levels.
An important innovation in the field of functionality was the announcement of the File Storage module. With it, you can organize the storage of any type of document - from accounting invoices to the storage of internal regulatory documents. Information from the repository will be available to all employees who have access to the corporate portal, and not just to the SED. The File Warehousing functionality allows you to configure the interaction between the enterprise portal and the SED by organizing a single search location on the desktop. In addition, the File Store has created directories that can be used to configure access, delegate access control rights, and grant access automatically. An important feature of the module is its independence from SED and the possibility of separation - this approach allows you to use it separately to organize a repository of documents on the corporate portal SharePoint.
