"The regional Electric Networks" automate control of transport of the enterprise

On November 27, 2014 it became known about of project completion of automation of the supplier of electrical energy in Siberian Federal District - JSC Regionalnye elektricheskiye seti system implementation [[1C:Enterprise 8. Control of Motor transport|"1C: Motor Vehicle Management. The project was implemented by 1C-Rarus company.

Project Tasks

The enterprise came to need to strengthen operating control over operation of vehicle fleet (more than 1500 pieces) – to calculate and plan consumption of fuel and lubricants, to control wear of motor transport, to consider repair costs, to increase reliability of the information provided by drivers.

Project Progress

The project of automation specialists began 1C-Rarus with studying of the existing business processes, defined tasks:

• Lower housekeeping overheads of motor transportation economy;
• Provide operating control of operation of vehicle fleet;

As the enterprise is familiar with programs of 1C Company and works with them, a choice of a system for complex automation of accounting of motor transport was made for benefit of industry solution "1C: Motor Vehicle Management".

Project Results

50 jobs are automated. In operation:

• accounting of fuels and lubricants,
• the cost accounting on fuel and lubricants and the spare part,
• accounting of run and operating time,
• order management and schedulings,
• accounting of repairs and service maintenance of vehicles,
• accounting of planned maintenance,
• commodity-transport documents,
• satellite monitoring.

The system of accounting of motor transport is integrated with the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management software product, in it is conducted managerial, accounting and tax accounting of the organization, forming a common information space for work.

As a result of system implementation "1C: Management of the motor transportation enterprise" the enterprise cut down motor transport maintenance costs, key indicators of operation of the machine park are raised: reliability, timeliness and completeness of rendering motor transportation services.
