In the Central Bank on service of educational institutions of Balashikha IT solution based on PARUS is implemented

On December 2, 2014 in MBU "The Centralized Accounting on Service of Municipal Educational Institutions of the City District Balashikha" the project of automation of accounting, calculation of a wage and parent payment based on "Parus is implemented there is a Budget 8".

Project Progress

Within the project on the server of the Central Bank the unified information system to which by means of web access remote users – the staff of the city educational organizations are connected, including personnel of autonomous organizations is created. Due to centralization reduction of operating costs on system maintenance, increase in transparency and efficiency of data on financial and economic activity is provided. In the course of automation consecutive improvement of a system of tariffing of the personnel was carried out.

In 2014 the stage of implementation of the module of calculation of a parent payment is completed. In the software product the complex of the operations on charge and accounting of a parent payment, up to printing created by the system of receipts for payment in bank is implemented.

Plans for the future

In plans for the future – automation of personnel records, barcoding system implementation for fixed asset accounting in networks of educational institutions of the urban district Balashikha and also connection of new organizations to the uniform information database. Thanks to scalability of a system PARUS growth of number of users of a system will not demand additional IT capacities.

Today more than 80 kindergartens and schools of the urban district Balashikha are connected to single solution, all about 130 users work with a system.
