Content

On December 4, 2014 the CORUS Consulting company announced the project of upgrade of the CRM system on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 platform in Danone group in Russia.

Project Tasks

In Danone the CRM system on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform is used. A system required completions and implementation of additional functionality.

In 2014 according to the results of the competition held among integrators, the management of Danone made the decision on cooperation with CORUS Consulting Group.

Project Progress

Experts of Corus Consulting implemented a number of completions of the operating CRM system of the company on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 platform.

During the project for purchasing managers of raw materials, working at departure with suppliers of milk, the full-function mobile client is developed. The mobile solution is held for use on iPad tablets and provides viewing and supports in current status necessary information on suppliers, including the data on results of audit and the recommendation issued following the results.

The mechanism of formation, receiving and viewing analytical reports on the tablet with a possibility of further viewing the report in offline mode is created. The mechanism of complex sending acts to suppliers about raw materials inspection is developed for optimization of work of users. The new loader of data from other accounting systems of the company is developed.

Project Results

"With the new mobile client work of purchasing managers of raw materials became much more convenient: all information on the conducted examination can be brought in the tablet at once, and after connection to network data are synchronized with main system. In CRM the acts on inspection in the Excel format containing including, recommendations about remedial action automatically form. These acts also in the automatic mode can be sent by mail to suppliers and owners of farms", - Elena Plotnikova, the manager on development and efficiency of group of purchases of milk of Danone Group in Russia noted.
