1C-Rarus completed the project on automation of accounting in Yamal Car car service

On December 4, 2014 the 1C-Rarus company announced project completion on automation of accounting in Yamal Car car service. A new system was created based on two tools: "Alpha Car: Car service + Auto parts" and "1C: Accounting 8".

Project Progress

A new system optimized work of specialists of car service, having provided fast and convenient customer interaction. "Alpha car: The car service + Auto parts" stores the history of all addresses, allows to perform search of the car in VIN, the state number of the car, a full name and other indicators. The solution automated accounting of spare parts: wholesale and retail sale, work on customer orders, purchase, organization of intra-corporate merchandising. Relevant financial performance of activity of car service helps to make important management decisions timely. Prerecording on repair and calculation of cost of works raise a customer loyalty, help to organize effective work and to avoid queues.
