December 3, 2014. The OmniWay company implemented[1] the first project, directed to increase in effective management of IT services for the Poltava GOK.
Project Progress
For carrying out analytical works the working project team which representatives of all key departments and bureau of IT Workshop and communication of Poltava GOKA entered was quickly created. Thanks to well fulfilled technique of inspection and harmonious joint work for rather short term an optimal set of measures for increase in efficiency of the existing processes was developed.
Result
Within the project specialists of OmniWay created for plant the directory of IT services — a crucial element for implementation of necessary mechanisms of management. According to international standards, the directory assumes formalization of the description of all IT services. Based on the created directory key processes were designed: management of addresses, incidents, service requests and management of works. Also with participation of divisions of IT Workshop and communication of Poltava GOKA the program of the further actions directed to increase in efficiency and quality of providing IT services of plant was created.
