April Software 1C: Integrated Automation 8 in Poliefir LLC implemented the solution

On December 4, 2014 to Poliefir LLC was announced transition to the version of the software product by 1C: Integrated Automation 8 of 1C Company: April Software.

Project Progress

Cooperation with Poliefir LLC company began at the beginning of 2013. On the expiration of time the 1C software product morally also became technically outdated, ceased to meet business needs in this connection there was a need of transition to the 1C: Integrated Automation 8 software product. Team of 1C specialists: April Software on a personal meeting with the management of Poliefir LLC 1C: Integrated Automation 8 carried out complete demonstration of the application solution, answered all interesting questions of accountants and managers. Also within the personal meeting with the management the plan of systematic and productive transition with 1C: Integrated Automation 7.7 to 1C:Enterprise 8 was made.

Result

Transition was performed by forces of 1C specialists: April Software on accounting, management accounting, payroll. Under needs of the client additional completions were made, in particular for convenience accounting of services at a zero rate was configured and external printed forms. Also the customer purchased own development of our company "April Software: The assistant to closing of month" which allows to solve quickly all problems concerning verification process of correctness of conducting accounting and management accounting when using expanded analytics of the cost accounting that considerably reduces labor costs when closing month in 1C: Enterprise.

Full training of accountants by calculation wage platyneposredstvenno on the example of their base was provided. The staff of the company could join quickly work on the new version of KA 8 that certainly facilitated work of our specialists.

Cooperation with Poliefir LLC continues within information and technology support of 1C:ITS, also the company actively uses services of the specialist of department of implementation selected and assigned to Poliefir LLC.
