Softline ensured safety Spetsneftetrans using the solution Kaspersky Endpoint Security

On December 5, 2014 the Softline company ensured safety of corporate networks of Spetsneftetrans company using the solution Kaspersky Endpoint Security for business.

Choosing a Solution

Spetsneftetrans selected software provider the Softline company having the highest partner status of producer - Kaspersky Enterprise Partner, - and providing a complex of necessary consulting services. Specialists of Softline considered organizational features of holding and suggested Spetsneftetrans to pass to the centralized model of purchase of products for protection of endpoints and file servers of the child organizations.

Project Progress

As the corporate standard the product Kaspersky Endpoint Security for business was selected. The expanded version of the solution thanks to the built-in network screen and data encryption allows to protect workstations from the malware and to ensure safety of file servers and mobile devices. The solution is supplied with the single console of administration which allows: to manage on a centralized basis licenses and to set patches; define restrictions for local installation of software by users; perform monitoring of "bottlenecks" of a system according to databases of vulnerabilities; limit access of guest personal devices to network.

Result

As a result each subsidiary of Spetsneftetrans received modern signature, pro-active and cloud computing of data protection. Thanks to Advanced Encryption Standard technology there was an opportunity to perform full disk encryption or separate files and folders. Security policy does not allow to decode the confidential containers of data transferred by means of removable mediums on e-mail, through a local network or the Internet.

As a result of product introduction the customer ensured safety of data and also received reliable protection against loss or malicious transfer of the commercial information.
