On December 9, 2014 Softline announced project completion on transfer to cloud services of Google of Mostostroy-11 company.

Choosing a Solution

The complexity of scaling, rather low level of availability of services, problems of administration and lack of the uniform contact list forced company management to select a new solution. Having considered the different systems for the organization of e-mail and joint work with information, top management and IT specialists of "Mostostroy-11" made a choice for benefit of Google Apps. During this period of effort and funds were allocated for consolidation of separate information systems of branches of the company in the general information space with uniform command center. Solutions of Google as well as possible help to achieve these objectives.

The Mostostroy-11 company selected the Google Apps solution of for Work offering in addition to the main communication services a set additional, high quality, uniform point of entry and administrations.

Project Progress

Exhaustive preproject consulting support of transition was performed by the specialists of Softline company having the corresponding knowledge and the examination confirmed with long-term work experience with large business in Russia. Softline - the only partner of Google Enterprise in Russia having the status Google Apps Premier Enterprise Reseller.

Having selected a cloud solution, IT specialists avoided traditional implementation of a new system. For transition to a uniform format of e-mail necessary documentation was made, the main mail domain and child is organized, administrative restrictions for use of third-party e-mails are introduced. As a result for the short period most of users were transferred to mail of Google. Further all Google services of Apps began to be used by the staff of the company as required.
