December 9, 2014. The SoftExpert company announced automation of accounting based on 1C: Accounting 8 PROF in LLC NPP Neftekhimavtomatika.
Choosing a Solution
The choice "1C: Accounting 8 PROF" was caused by the fact that it is the universal program of mass appointment for automation of accounting and tax accounting, including preparation of the obligatory (regulated) reporting, accounting and tax accounting in it are implemented according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation, and the structure of a configuration is included the chart of accounts of accounting.
In addition to consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance, sale, installation and delivery of the software product in office of the customer, the staff of SoftExpert company carried out works on installation of the software solution on jobs, including collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system, planning of stages of works, drawing up the job schedule, initial settings of the program to start accounting, creation of interfaces and sets of user rights, the help when entering opening balances, personnel training to work in the program. Project Progress
The installed system is accepted in commercial operation since September 8, 2014, 1 workplace is automated. Using software "1C: Accounting 8 PROF" in LLC NPP Neftekhimavtomatika automation of the following sections of activity is performed:
- accounting and tax accounting;
- operations on cash desk and bank;
- fixed asset accounting;
- calculations for compensation, for taxes;
- synthetic and analytical reports;
- the regulated reporting is prepared.
Project Results
Now there is a consulting and methodical help to the user of the program. Information and technology maintenance is conducted. Thus, the implemented software product successfully functions in LLC NPP Neftekhimavtomatika.
