State school district No. 44 (Northern Vancouver) (Active Textbook)

The large-scale project was implemented in Canada. Evident Point developed and put into operation the Active Textbook server in the state school district No. 44 (Northern Vancouver). More than 16 thousand pupils and hundreds of teachers got access to the available electronic materials and also began to create new publications on the basis of the free educational content available according to the licenses Creative Commons. Application of Active Textbook for creation of new publications not only by teachers, but also pupils (aged from 10 up to 17 years) became an important project deliverable. It confirms availability of the system interface to unprepared users.
