History

The Evident Point company was created in 1995. From the very beginning founders of Evident Point put the task development of the best software for market leaders of e-books.

In the spring of 2011 the Evident Point company released the beta of the innovation Active Textbook platform allowing to create and distribute interactive electronic textbooks. The commercial version of Active Textbook will be released in December, 2011 and will extend not only in North America, but also in Russia.

On November 15, 2011 the Lanit group announced acquisition of Evident Point Software Corp company.

Clients

Evident Point works with customers from the USA, Canada, Europe and Asia.

During operating time (for November, 2011) the company performed successful projects for Microsoft, Netronix, Netscape, Omni Group and other leading manufacturers program and the hardware.

Clients of Evident Point are the largest technology companies - Apple, Microsoft, Sony, Bombardier and many others. The solutions developed by Evident Point widely are applied in such known means of the electronic publication as Zinio Digital Magazines, Microsoft Reader, Sony Reader.
