Gleb Lukin: 2014 became for Letograf year of revolution in development of a product

Gleb Lukin: Before telling that specialists of our company in the direction of improvement and development of a system made LETOGRAF it is necessary to mention the event which brought perception of quality and functionality of the platform of data on the basis of which our system is constructed to essentially new level.

In the fall of this year the platform of data InterSystems Caché of InterSystems corporation got to a magic quadrant "leader" among suppliers of operational DBMS in the report of Gartner. This achievement actually confirms that there are classes of tasks where the platform of data InterSystems shows the best results, than many other players of the market of operational DBMS: as a rule, it is traditional user applications with which very large number of users, or such works, in which are necessary analytics in real time and processing of unstructured information. Tasks of similar specifics are carried out also in a system LETOGRAF which is unique for the Russian market of EDMS thanks to the platform of data and the integration platform of industrial level.

TAdviser: Returning to development of a system LETOGRAF, tell what it managed to be reached this year?

Gleb Lukin: Passing by the platform LETOGRAF of certification tests of Federal Service for Technical and Export Control of Russia (FSTEC of Russia) became a milestone event of spring of 2014. Successful passing of tests guaranteed that based on LETOGRAF the automation systems of processes of office-work and the organization of interdepartmental and interdepartmental electronic document management corresponding to a class of security "1G" can be constructed. Thus, the platform can be used in personal data information systems (ISPDN). Necessary completions of the software product regarding lack of not declared opportunities and regarding security from unauthorized access to information were made for ensuring compliance of a system LETOGRAF to requirements of FSTEC.

Earlier the platform LETOGRAF passed certification tests in Kazakhstan and Ukraine. In 2014 the InterSystems company also certified the platform in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.

TAdviser: Passing of certification gives to your company access to a segment of government institutions, so important for the specialists in the field of electronic document management, working with personal data. It somehow already affected the scale of the implemented projects?

Gleb Lukin: In the expiring year the projects implemented by our company reached the next heights in respect of system performance measures. It naturally confirms also growth of number and scale of projects. Within different projects in a system LETOGRAF such indicators as more than 20,000 users in a single centralized system, more than 78 million processed requests for state services, more than 18 million registered documents, more than 7, 5 million issued and performed instructions were reached. And also more than 800 territorial subdivisions, more than 45 external systems with which integration, more than 180 thousand daily created reports on 35 standard forms is executed. It is necessary to highlight that these indicators are reached within the single centralized systems unrolled in wentrakh of data processing (DPC) of customers.

TAdviser: Certification and growth of overall performance of a system are undoubtedly important aspects. But in addition to such basic things there is also a question of advanced functionality, a scope of modern requirements of customers, use of the newest technologies. A system LETOGRAF is how modern today? In what direction does development of a product go?

Gleb Lukin: In 2014 essentially new level was reached by our understanding of what functionality and system performance will be most demanded by customers in the future where in general the industry of management of the corporate contents moves. On the basis of this understanding the strategy of development for the platform LETOGRAF therefore there were changes in three key directions was formulated:

First of all adaptation of the solution for use on mobile and stationary devices of a different format was conducted. In the fall of this year we released the new version of a system differing in the updated design of a user interface constructed using the technologies doing it more convenient for users due to the general speeding up. His adaptedness to start on mobile devices, including the tablets and mobile phones working running iOS and Android became also important element of the updated design. In the version of the interface for mobile devices in addition to a form factor and the size of the terminal features of use of touch-technologies are considered.

Secondly, there was a development of functionality regarding integration of main types of information. Actually, we managed to provide flexible and convenient integration of all possible types of information when the document EDMS can be transformed to the outgoing e-mail, the task can become the document, and from a file store information can come to all other subsystems. The connectivity to the system of external mail accounts which are integrated with EDMS then e-mails can be transformed to the entering or outgoing documents is implemented.

The recent event – start of the cloud version of a system became the most important, in terms of modern technologies. "A cloud LETOGRAF" allows the organizations of small and medium business to begin quickly work with an electronic document management system without the need for involvement of technical specialists for setup of the solution. LETOGRAF the main opportunities of the corporate version of a system will be available to users of "cloud", including: work with the entering, outgoing and internal documents, control of execution of instructions on documents, the organization of personnel document flow, management of meetings, files, tasks. The general development of SaaS of technologies, accumulation of considerable experience of system deployment LETOGRAF in the mode of a private cloud, readiness of potential consumers for use of cloud services as real alternative to traditional corporate applications became the main premises to creation of similar service.

TAdviser: What you see next year how your company and your product will develop what you offer customers of future projects?

Gleb Lukin: Already today, thanks to efforts of our international team of specialists, a system LETOGRAF uninterruptedly functions in all large localities of Ukraine and Kazakhstan, automating processes of rendering state services, managements of documents, collecting of the reporting and the organization of electronic archives. Our task today – to extend this trend in the territory of Russia. A system LETOGRAF and it is formal, and it is functionally ready to automation of the largest geographically distributed organizations of the country with the most difficult business processes and complex tasks in the field of workflow automation. The expiring year became for us sign in issues of development of a software platform as the volume of the accumulated expert experience of the company and the general development of technologies allowed us to provide numerous innovations which are required for customers today to this period. I do not doubt that all these changes will be positively apprehended by the existing and potential customers that will allow us to implement the purposes designated for 2015.
