December 17, 2014. The First BIT company implemented the 1C: Document Flow system in Ulmart company, one of the largest Russian retailers of a new format.

Project Progress

In four months from the moment of program installation specialists of department approved more than 800 lease agreements across all Russia, at the same time process of approval became transparent, and term was reduced from seven to three days. The second stage of the project assumes transfer of all document flow of the company to the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

Result

Pilot implementation took place successfully, and now the customer is going to connect other departments to base that will be simple to be made – thanks to cloud computing all regional representative offices of Ulmart have access to a system and can begin to work in it within one working day.
