On INTERPAYP the project of reengineering and business process optimization of management of personnel recruitment based on a system is executed IT Enterprise. The main achievements of an implementation project regarding optimization of management of personnel recruitment of INTERPAYP:
- Function of hiring of INTERPAYP Company due to consolidation of the legal staff list with managerial structure is centralized.
- An opportunity to see the need for hiring of personnel on each INTERPAYP enterprise is provided, understanding at the same time loading of recruiters.
- Bases of candidates and requests for personnel recruitment are coordinated; as a result, the relevant picture and for initiators of requests, both for recruiters, and for heads of hiring is received.
- Integration with the work websites. All applicants on vacancies of the company automatically get to a system both from the website Interpaypa, and during the work with the recruiting websites.
- An opportunity to analyze efficiency of each recruiter, to see labor costs on hiring functions, to browse staging of the specific request for selection, to analyze results of each process, etc. is provided.
Function of automated management of personnel based on IT Enterprise реализована in the INTERPAYP Management Company. The next stage of development of the project IT Enterprise is cascading of a system on all industrial assets of Group for hiring centralization.
