Softline implemented EDMS on the SharePoint platform in Lama Group

December 23, 2014. The Softline company announced completion of implementation of EDMS in Lama Group.

Choosing a Solution

For simplification of approval of agreements, their accounting, archiving and ensuring collective access the decision to automate office-work in legal department and retail department was made. According to the results of tender by the partner for execution of works the Softline company which locates a broad spectrum of solutions for business process optimization was selected.

Project Progress

During the project 300 jobs at head office of the company were connected to EDMS on the Microsoft SharePoint Server platform which functionality fully answered assigned tasks. Specialists of Softline developed new cards and document templates, business processes according to requirements of the customer are configured. The solution provides automatic formation of fields of the agreement depending on its type that significantly simplifies creation of documents and minimizes risk of human errors. In addition, the module "Mobile Place of IPad" allowing to work with a system from tablets is implemented.

Automation of activity of legal department and retail department allowed the company to reduce time of approval of agreements, it is more rational to use resources, to arrange document flow and to increase the level of corporate mobility.

Result

As a result users received the convenient system of creation, approval and archiving of documentation, and the organization increased efficiency of interaction with partners.
