On December 26, 2014 the LETA Engineering company announced implementation of an electronic management system for queue of ESUO in the U.S. Embassy in Moscow.
Project Tasks
To embassy the exclusive solution with the simplified item collection of an electronic queue which should fit into the working business process in department of immigration visas was required.
Project Progress
The contractor carried out customization of interfaces of elements of an electronic system to queue management – the stylized design of the main information displays, a special format of the coupon, indication of a board of the operator, multilingual information output. Installation of a system took four days.
Within the project the contractor created the specialized solution which can be used in other projects with similar tasks.
Project Results
The representation of the USA received a specialized hardware-software complex of ESUO, namely physical panels developed under customer requirements, LED boards of the operator, the system of printing of coupons, dashboards for waiting zones, a switching equipment of ESUO, the unique software.
