Summer: ESUO - the management system for queue (MSQ) – a hardware-software complex for process optimization of flow control of visitors, quality improvement of service and level of satisfaction with service.

Summer: ESUO consists of hardware and program parts, including:

• the booth registrar with the server for the choice of service and obtaining the coupon with sequence number in queue;
• the bank of switches providing component interaction of a system;
• the main board and board of operators displaying a current status of queue;
• the speaker system notifying the visitor that time of its queue approached;
• the customer service quality assessment system allowing the visitor to estimate the level of the received services and quality of the rendered service;
• application software.
