1C-Rarus automated work as the dining room in Resource-Capital company

Project Progress

The program helped to automate work as the dining room at all stages, beginning from purchases and vendor interaction, finishing with formation of the final reporting. "1C: The public catering" allowed to strengthen control of an expense of products: according to the got compoundings account of preparation of semi-finished products and dishes and also quantity and the amounts of the ingredients which are written off in production is kept. In the program the list of interchangeable products which is automatically used at write-off in production and formation of calculation cards is kept.

Result

The company management estimates results of work of the dining room proceeding from the indicators specified in forms of the analytical and unified reporting. "1C: The public catering" allows Resource-Capital to use more rationally and to quickly resupply products. The dining room had an opportunity to optimize the expenses thanks to exact cost accounting of dishes, accounting of seasonal coefficients of an overexpenditure and a specific mode of accounting of products which expense in terms of one portion is extremely small (spices, salt, sugar).
