In December, 2014 Mikhail Dugayev whose paramount tasks will be a work on increase in efficiency of IT and ensuring stability of the IT platform of the organization is appointed the director of the department of IT of UniCredit Bank. In this position Dugayev replaces Italian Diego Rampoldi, the worked CIO bank about three years. The foreigner joined a command of UniCredit Bank in Russia from UniCredit international financial group where he fulfilled duties of the head of department of business partners before.
The bank reported that Mikhail Dugayev has 18 years' experience in the IT area. From 1996 to 2007 he held a position of the programmer, then assistant department head of development of applications, and later — the head of department of development of IT in Rosbank.
During the period between 2007 and 2009 Dugayev was the vice president and the associate director of IT in ABN AMRO Bank (The Royal Bank of Scotland). In 2009 it returned to Rosbank to a position of the Head of Department of development of IT then it was appointed the Chief information officer.
Dugayev received degree at the Moscow institute of steel and alloys (MISIS) at physical and chemical faculty in 1995, then several years was engaged in research in the field of high-temperature superconductivity at Institute of solid state physics of RAS. Has more than 10 professional publications in large scientific magazines and in materials of the international conferences.
