"Enter Svyaznoy" upgrades approach to technologies of data storage

On December 29, 2014 the SAP company announced the beginning of the project on use of a cloud service of SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud by the company "Enter Svyaznoy".

Project Tasks

One of strategic objectives of customer company in 2014 - improvement of the IT system of retail network. For acceleration of processing of the growing amount of data and minimization of costs, "Enter Svyaznoy" made the decision to transfer SAP BW on the SAP HANA platform to "cloud", using SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud service.

According to partners, the solution will help Enter company to expand repeatedly possibilities of the data warehouse due to flexible use of cloud infrastructure.

Artem Musinov, the director of the department of information technologies  and e-commerce "Enter Svyaznoy", noted: "We constantly improve our analytics, fixing and analyzing everything to trifles that in turn leads to big growth of the stored and processed data. The choice of SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud will allow us to use at each stage so many capacities how many it is necessary for us, without capital costs of upgrade or re-equipment".
