Digital Design will create an office-work process management system for the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Crimea

The Digital Design company won at the end of 2014 tender for execution of works on creation of a process management system of office-work of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Crimea. The project is going to be completed in January, 2015.

The decision on system implementation of process management of office-work was caused by need of creation for the Ministry both paper and electronic (mixed) and the paperless document flow using the electronic signature (ES). A system will be constructed based on a domestic software platform of Docsvision 4.5 that will provide a possibility of its subsequent scalability, replicability and upgrade.

Functions of a system will be implemented on modularity that will allow to perform further their independent modification. A system automates work with documents for 115 employees of the Ministry regarding preparation, registration, transfer and approval of documents and also will provide intermediate and final control of execution of instructions.
