Galex implemented the innovation system of printing in courts of Barnaul

"the STC of Galex" organized the system of printing, scanning and copying of documents in courts of the Railway and Central districts of Barnaul based on the innovative technologies of Xerox. In a system one of the most modern solutions on management of printing – YSoft SafeQ ensuring information security and cost reduction on document flow is used.

In November, 2013 the grand opening of the new building of the Central and Railway district courts of Barnaul, one of the most modern buildings of judicial department in Western Siberia was held. And it equally concerns both electronic equipment of the building, and all engineering systems, and constructions.

"the STC of Galex" equipped the building with a complex of IT systems, including organized the system of office printing.

The company was faced by a vessel equipment task a printing equipment and the organizations at office of effective process of document flow. At the same time all jobs of judges and secretaries needed to be equipped with the personal printing device, and for other employees and visitors to provide the public MFP with access isolation and an opportunity to keep account of all performed works. In addition, it was necessary to organize work of section of office-work and to pick up the equipment with low cost value of printing and capability to print on low-grade types of paper.

For the solution of assigned tasks the equipment of Xerox company – the leading world service provider in the field of processing, information management and documents was selected. The project was implemented within the held auction, agrees to Federal Law 94 existing at that time.

"Galex scientific and technological center" designed, organized delivery, installed and configured the system of office printing of courts according to requirements of the Customer. For work of judges and secretaries monochrome printing Xerox Phaser 3435DN and Xerox Phaser 3250D devices with functions of two-sided printing and high performance are installed.

On each of eight floors of the new building productive office Xerox Work Centre 5335 MFPs for collective use both the staff of courts, and visitors (participants of legal procedures) are installed. For access isolation to the MFP, control and accounting of all performed works the hardware and software system – the innovative solution of YSoft SafeQ is used.

Access isolation is provided with need of authorization of each user making copying, scanning or printing by means of ID cards of access or input of the PIN code. Thereby, this solution at the same time provides data protection and collects statistics on each user or department, considering how many documents, copies, scans each of employees does every day. It in turn allows to optimize the printing environment and to considerably reduce printing volumes.

For section of office-work the full-color printing device – Xerox ColorQube 9301 is delivered. Thanks to tverdochernilny technology the cost of a black-and-white print on the equipment of the ColorQube family is comparable with the cost of a stencil process, and the cost of full-color printing – with cost monochrome laser.

As a result of project implementation the Customer received the flexible and productive system of office printing. The convenience and wide feature set is provided to employees during the work with documents. And accounting and control of printing processes, access isolation to the equipment allowed to optimize costs for document flow.
