FGC Urals completes upgrade of an electric power fiscal metering system

On January 16, 2015 it became known of end by ElektroSvyaz company of a cycle of works on reconstruction of the AIIS KUE of a number of the substations of JSC FGC UES which are a part of MES of the Urals.

Project Progress

Within the project also commissioning on reconstruction of the AIIS KUE of substations of JSC FGC UES on a title are carried out project, construction: "Creation of the automated information measuring system of commercial electricity metering (AIIS KUE ENES)" for needs of FGC UES branch of JSC - MES of the Urals. Purpose of works — reduction of a data collection system of commercial electricity metering in compliance to technical requirements of OREM.

In accordance with the terms the project, the automated information measuring system of commercial electricity metering of PS of 220 kV covers all points of commercial and technical accounting and provides formation and display of indications of power meters for the purposes of commercial accounting.

All measuring instruments being components of measuring channels and AIIS PS are entered in the State register of measuring instruments of the Russian Federation, have the existing certificates on check and are allowed to use on objects of JSC FGC UES.

The AIIS KUE PS is created as an information system with centralized operation and the distributed measurement function. At the organization of communication channels between hierarchical components of a system interaction by means of an industrial local network is provided (structured cabling systems are SCS, satellite links, communication fiber lines).

• PS of 220 kV Star;
• PS of 220 kV Game;
• PS of 220 kV of Kam;
• PS of 220 kV Komsomol;
• PS of 220 kV of Pozim;
• PS of 220 kV Garden;
• PS of 220 kV Siwa;
• PS of 220 kV of Syuga.
