ElektroSvyaz Ltd is the Russian system integrator. The headquarters — in Yekaterinburg. The company works at the market of design and construction of facilities of communication (the low-current systems) and power supply systems. It is created in 2005.

ElektroSvyaz is the acting member of SRO NP Energostroyalyans and the acting member of non-commercial consolidation of the organizations performing project works in the gas and oil industry — SRO NP Inzhener-Proyektirovshchik. The company is registered in the all-Russian network of the Rosfirm business portals. The company performs design and construction large-scale and significant at the level of Russia or its specific regions of objects in the field of communication and power supply — as a rule, for the enterprises of a power complex, the oil and gas industry. Priority model of work — project implementation of a full stroke: from project and surveying works before approval and delivery of a ready object in operation.

Communication systems — installation of telephones and installation of automatic telephone exchange; installation and design of the communication fiber lines (CFL); design and construction of end-to-end systems of data transmission based on PDH, SDH, DWDM technologies; design and implementation of the systems of a conference circuit and notification; mounting works and adjustment of the systems of a broadband radio access and subscriber radio access based on DECT technology; works on design and installation of the systems of radio relay communication lines (RRLS) and also setup of a radio relay equipment; carrying out approvals of the project documentation.

Engineering solutions — installation and adjustment of control systems and automatic equipment (the system of automatic control of gas contamination; means of automatic equipment and automation of fire extinguishing; ventilation and heating systems; means of gas fire extinguishing); design and installation of fire alarm systems, complexes of technical means of protection (CTMP) and means of anti-terrorist protection (MATP).

Power supply systems — a full range project, installation and commissioning on internal power supply; design and installation of offsite and on-site networks of power supply of buildings and constructions; acquisition, delivery, installation and installation of the different types ITS (integral transformer substations) constructed based on the equipment from world leading manufacturers; design and installation of distribution networks of power supply of any complexity, etc.

The overhead power transmission lines and the PS open distributors which are energized are sources of electromagnetic interferences. The RZA, APCS devices installed on substations, fire protection systems, video surveillance systems, etc. are exposed to the electromagnetic influences arising at short circuits, switchings of primary equipment, lightning strokes, work of high-frequency communication and so forth. Therefore stable and trouble-free operation of the secondary equipment on substations is possible only on condition of fulfillment of requirements of EMS. Non-performance of conditions of EMS leads to damage or the wrong functioning of the corresponding equipment, reliability of work of power facilities in general significantly decreases. Means, it is extremely important to provide an electromagnetic situation at which any levels of electromagnetic influences would not exceed permissible values on power facilities. For this purpose also evaluating EMO is necessary.

Electromeasurements and tests of electric equipment — carrying out electromeasurements and tests of electric equipment using the certified electrolaboratory, including execution of works according to an electromagnetic situation and carrying out a complex of measurements on electromagnetic compatibility on substations 220, 110 kV. the ElektroSvyaz company renders to power engineering specialists of service in assessment of an electromagnetic situation (EMO) and carrying out a complex of measurements on electromagnetic compatibility (EMS). ElektroSvyaz Ltd closely cooperates with the enterprises working in a power industry segment including FGC UES and the trunk power grids (TPG) and also with the design institutes which are directly engaged in design of substations.

Among completed projects by assessment of EMS it is possible to note works on inspection of an electromagnetic situation (EMO) and assessment of EMS on nine PS of the West Siberian PEMS for JSC FGC UES - Main Power Networks of Siberia. On the inspected substations were tested on electromagnetic compatibility (EMS): measurement of unit electrical resistance of soil; inspection of grounding devices; determination of the interference level from external electromagnetic perturbations; the analysis of a system of lightning protection of an object from the point of view of EMS; assessment of the organization of grounding in premises with the microprocessor equipment, etc. The current electromagnetic situation is reflected in reports; technical solutions on ensuring electromagnetic compatibility of the equipment providing automatic equipment of prevention of violations are developed.

Services in the field of TsSPI, a complex of works on service of telecommunication equipment of EZAN/NEC

The system integrator ElektroSvyaz Ltd performs in the territory of the Russian Federation works on operation and maintenance of the systems DITS (digital information transmission systems) constructed on telecommunication equipment of production EZAN/NEC. In the list of the carried-out works within this direction it is possible to note rendering services in operational maintenance of TsSPI based on the equipment of NEC and Transmode for JSC MUS Energetiki in the West Siberian, Krasnoyarsk, Kuzbass, Omsk, Tomsk, Khakass and Khabarovsk PMES.
