Xplore Bobcat is the tablet computer with high degree of protection.
The device has the body protected according to MIL-STD-810G and IP65 standards, it means high resistance to the majority of the adverse mechanical and climatic conditions which are potentially able to damage electronic "fittings" of the tablet, however have no noticeable impact on its performance. The device operates running Windows OS.

Certification of ATEX
On January 19, 2015 the Xplore company announced receiving certification of ATEX for the Bobcat tablet on Windows OS. Existence of the certificate means a possibility of use of the tablet of this model in the explosive atmosphere.
