On December 23, 2014 specialists of Soft-Unity made upgrade of a system "1C:Enterprise 8. The managing director" in Tekhnoekspertservice company which since 2008 works at the market of engineering services.

Choosing a Solution

For automation of managerial and financial accounting in the company the application solution "1C:Enterprise 8 was implemented. Managing director. Basic version". In the course of growth of the company the management needed more powerful system with a number of the functions unavailable in the basic version, including, a possibility of simultaneous use of the program by several users and accounting on divisions. For acquisition and installation of more advanced version of a configuration the Soft-Unity company with which TPP LLC cooperates already long time was selected.

Project Progress

In appointed day service engineers of Soft-Unity made upgrade of an old system on "1C:Enterprise 8. Managing director. PROF", configured a configuration according to the client's wishes then showed work with new functionality.

Result

During implementation "1C: Manager. PROF" in TPP company income-expenditure analysis on divisions was automated and additional foreign currencies for reflection of transactions and settlement with partners are entered. Also access to databases in the multi-user mode was implemented. Implementation "1C:Enterprise 8. Managing director. PROF" allowed to make conducting managerial and financial accounting by more transparent, to organize automatic formation of the management reporting. Evident information for the management allows to make more effective management decisions.
