In January, 2015 the Russian developer SaaS of services for the systems of e-commerce RedHelper released the first version of the counter of clients for the commercial websites RedMetric with recommendations for increase in consumer activity.

RedHelper company – the supplier of the livechat technology set on more than 65,000 e-commerce sites in Russia. The new product of the company – service of cloud analytics RedMetric – allows less than in 5 minutes to configure collection of data on commission by visitors of target actions on any website and automatically creates compact reports in a convenient format with recommendations about increase in number of clients.

The service of cloud analytics RedMetric defines target actions, available on the website, monitors their successful accomplishment, finds the reason incomplete and anonymously compares behavior of each visitor to users of other websites with the installed counter of clients. The analysis is carried out on the basis of classical parameters of behavior of users – stay time on the website, the viewing depth, an indicator of failures, etc. Besides, efficiency of the commercial website is determined using semantic analysis of dialog of the operator of the online consultant of RedHelper with the visitor and by microparameters, such as dynamics of the movement of the cursor and scheme of behavior at perception of a certain content. Further patterns of behavior of the user distinguishing the client from the normal visitor both on this specific website and in a cloud of the commercial websites with an installed system of RedMetric are under construction.

As a result the user of a product receives the analytical report with recommendations of what needs to be changed for increase in consumer activity and the number of clients. In addition, in the report also the basic information about attendance of the website is available (the number of visitors, unique visits and other).
