Mobyforts: mobile employees

Mobyforts: mobile employees - the application for the organization of effective work of traveling personnel directly from software 1C:Enterprise 8 using a management system for mobile employees.

The product is intended for optimization of working time of mobile employees (service engineers, assemblers, couriers, forwarding agents, etc.), at the expense of the organization of effective work: from planning of the working day of the specialist, before step-by-step control of work progress.

Possibilities of software

• Sending a task to the mobile employee from 1C
• Control of accomplishment of a task of the statuses (it is sent, delivered, read, accepted by the employee, the employee left, arrived, executed), fixing of GPS coordinates and modification time of the status.
• Control of location of employees with display on the card, availability control: on-line or off-line, control of the status (stands idle, in way to the customer, performs work).
• Message exchange between the user of 1C and mobile the employee, with correspondence history logging, and tracking of the status of the message it (is sent, delivered, received, read).
• Full-fledged work of mobile application offline, with automatic synchronization of data with 1C in the presence of network.
• Automatic SMS customer notifications at change of the status of a task
• Integration with mobile applications of "Yandex Map" and Yandeks-Navigator.
• Data exchange between mobile application and configuration 1C is performed online (the minimum frequency of exchange of 15 seconds)
• Use of the camera of the mobile device for creation and transfer of photos in 1C (automatic registration of time and place of shooting)
• The multifunction desktop of the head allowing to control more than 30 indicators on mobile employees online.
• The timely notification of mobile employees about approach of new events using Push-notifications, including geo-reminders.
• Data exchange is performed on the encoded channel (https), in encrypted form (the encryption algorithm AES 256 is applied)

Architecture

The software product consists of three components:

• Configuration based on 1C: Enterprise 8.2.
• The application for mobile devices.
• Data exchange server.

Interaction of mobile application with 1C:Enterprise 8 is performed by exchange of XML packets. At data transmission two levels of enciphering are applied that guarantees security of commercial data.

On January 23, 2015 the "Mobile Solutions for Business" company provided a management system for mobile employees.

In composition attendant workstation for distribution and control of tasks from office, and the mobile application for smartphones ensuring comfortable functioning of traveling personnel. A system works with any mobile operator and the majority of modern smartphones, quickly adapts to a specific scope and has mechanisms of fast integration with the existing information systems of the companies.
