More than 80 thousand cartridges for ATMs of Sberbank are repaired
The Maykor-BTE company specializing in service of the bank equipment, the engineering systems and IT infrastructures, announced on February 27, 2017 results of cooperation with Sberbank in rendering services in repair of cartridges for self-service devices.
Project works are continued since 2016 when according to the results of the tender of Maykor-BTE it was selected by the partner in rendering services in repair of cartridges for ATMs of Sberbank. In total during operating time over the project service engineers of Maykor-BTE already recovered more than 80 thousand cartridges for self-service devices. Recovery of one batch of cartridges (100-150 pieces) according to SLA should not exceed 10 calendar days.
Operation of the contract extends to eight territorial banks of Sberbank. The centers of recovery of Maykor-BTE cartridges where works on repair of parts of ATMs are carried out, are located in Moscow, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, Barnaul, Irkutsk, Samara, Syktyvkar, Khabarovsk, Yekaterinburg and Tyumen.
Service of a part of devices of self-service — one of several directions in which PJSC Sberbank cooperates with Maykor-BTE. Logistics of the equipment for three territorial banks of Sberbank
On February 6, 2018 the Maykor-BTE company announced rendering services in logistics of the equipment for three territorial banks of PJSC Sberbank.
In January, 2018 the Maykor-BTE joint project and the Moscow bank of Sberbank of Russia on logistics of devices of self-service, installation and dismantling and also design of devices on safe custody started. In the nearest future project works will be started also in other regions. In 2018 over 10,000 movements of devices are declared. It is expected that daily about 20 specialized machines will be used for work in Moscow and the Moscow region. Total number of the automotive vehicles necessary for execution of requests in all territories where the project is implemented, is more than 50 units.

2015: Services of outsourcing for the West Siberian bank of Sberbank
On January 28, 2015 it became known of the beginning of implementation of the project of outsourcing by MAYKOR-BTE company for the West Siberian bank of Sberbank of Russia regarding self-service devices.
Project Tasks
According to terms of the contract, functions of maintenance and repair more than one thousand ATMs and payment terminals of the customer in the Tyumen and Omsk regions, the Khanty-Mansi and Yamal-Nenets autonomous areas are transferred to the outsourcer for 2 years.

MAYKOR-BTE renders both FLM-, and SLM support of devices of self-service of bank. Under the terms of SLA, terms of troubleshooting are defined depending on arrangement of the equipment. More than 60% of the serviced equipment are in zone A, i.e. the maximum term of maintenance – 4-6 hours. For remote territories – 7-9 hours.
