KPOKlive is multifunction business social network.

On January 29, 2015 the CROC company announced transfer of collaboration with customers on projects in a common information space of the corporate social^[1].

The multifunction business social network KPOKlive on the Jive platform provides possibilities of storage, information exchange and discussion of working questions in the closed groups with the protected remote access, the company reported. Start of KPOKlive solves a problem not only internal, but also external project communications, completely replacing third-party services of file exchange and collective work.

According to the statement of the company, in corporate social network KPOKlive joint work of employees and customers over relevant projects is carried out. The working groups on projects in KPOKlive if necessary form project managers and responsible managers of CROC. In own closed section of KPOKlive project teams can post and store files on projects, conduct joint work over them from any point on the Internet.

For January 29, 2015 more than 90% of staff of the company daily use business social network KPOKlive. In addition to the working KPOKlive function executes an important role of the platform for informal communication, crowd funding.

Background

Before start of business corporate social network KPOKlive internal interaction of employees was performed using a set of different tools. Information was placed, both on a corporate portal, and in local folders, the separate wiki-knowledge base, an electronic document management system, base of skills and profiles of employees in a personnel system, the selected services for separate user groups. A variety of systems cost much in support and integration, did not provide guaranteed quick search of information.

In 2012 search of essentially new approach to information management and communications in the company which after the numerous experiments came to the end with the solution to use approach of Web 2.0 in the corporate sector began. As a single platform selected the solution Jive — corporate social network of Jive Software company. KPOKlive based on the Jive platform provided all opportunities of the former systems and provided a large number of the new features necessary for the company working in constantly changing sphere of high technologies.

In 2014 CROC was provided by KPOKlive on the largest event on knowledge management — the V International business congress Knowledge Management Russia (KM Russia 2014), the II Scientific conference "Managerial Sciences in the Modern World" held by Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Jive provides functionality for development of the knowledge base and collecting of project experience, flexible communications and the involvement of employees, joint work, uniform access point to information" — Maxim Andreyev, the associate director of department of information technologies of CROC, the director of business applications noted.
