At the end of April, 2020 Croc began to sell programs for shadowing remote workers. They are available within a packet Croc#workAtHome.

According to RBC with reference to the CEO of Croc  Boris Bobrovnikov, the company suggests business to set the program agent for tracking of actions of the employee on the computer. It will allow to control the working schedule and will automatically count time spent on accomplishment of profile transactions.

Croc began to sell the program for shadowing remote workers

The system of analytics of a talk of employees with clients and additional control of the employees having access to the critical systems of the company to avoid leaks is also created.

Besides, Croc offers clients service for optimization and acceleration of work of Internet resources, to automate the first line of the entering and outgoing support in call centers using artificial intelligence and also development of IT services, etc.

The edition got acquainted with the presentations from which it follows that the company suggests clients not to return on end of the regime of self-isolation introduced in Russia against the background of COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic a part of employees in offices. Thanks to it the organizations will be able to save on lease and to employ cheaper labor power from regions.

The integrator suggests clients to estimate a possibility of transition to model of outsourcing of IT infrastructure, to use of software products on the open code and robotization of a part of business processes. For example, to automate process of hiring of employees. Depending on a measure its implementation should allow to save 10–30% of costs on this item of expenditure, said in the presentation.

Croc does not disclose the total cost of an anti-recessionary packet. The representative of the company in a conversation with RBC only reported that monitoring of a workplace of one employee costs from 3.5 thousand rubles.[1]
