On January 27, 2015, Moscow – CORUS Consulting Group announced implementation for the Russian office Paulig Group the solution on sales management of products on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online platform.
The head company Paulig Group located in Finland since 2011 used in work of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. However not all processes configured in a system under the main player on production of coffee in the market of Finland and the countries of the Baltics were applicable to actively growing and developing Russian division of the company. For this reason in the Russian division the project on creation and development of own CRM system on the basis of cloud Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2013 started. As the partner in the project the Paulig company attracted CORUS Consulting Group which specialists among the first were certified for the new version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, had serious industry expertize, a clear idea of the competent organization of sales process and experience of implementation in the international companies working at the Russian market.
In the solution which specialists of CORUS Consulting Group develop for Paulig Group management of reference books of retail chain stores and outlets where Paulig products are provided will be implemented. Besides, the assortment matrix of SKU – the list of all goods items provided for sale depending on type of shop and retail chain stores will be developed.
In a system processes of work with the merchandayzingovy agencies will also be automated. The reports arriving on the basis of daily visit of outlets will be loaded into the CRM system using the standard mechanism of import of files. On the basis of studying of reports management decisions will be quickly made on optimization of placement of goods or on need of delivery of products. The available daily analytics will allow to analyze in real time data which were available with a delay to several weeks earlier and lost relevance.
It is planned that supervisors will make for the employees working at departure, the plan of visit of outlets and to set specific objectives to merchandisers. Mobile devices for which the full-function mobile client is developed will be provided to employees for work out of office. At the same time for each outlet it will be possible to load the plano-gram or the photo of the exposed goods depending on type of shop into a system.
In the future the solution will also allow to consider and analyze promotion actions on the basis of the calendar of actions on retail chain stores and points.
