RS-Balance implemented the RS-Balance 3 system in the company of PROFI (Yakutsk)

January 23, 2015. The RS-Balance company announced^[1] of the project of automation of all business processes happening in the PROFI company which is in the city of Yakutsk implementation.

Today the PROFI company has two specialized shops and huge warehouse platforms. For automation of all happening business processes in the company the software package RS-Balance 3 which is most suitable them was chosen.

Main objectives of automation

• Optimization of all remaining balance of products which is available in shops;
• Timely filling by products of shops from resources of stock balance;
• Reduction of the arisen excesses and illiquid assets in shops;
• Improvement of outdated and not relevant algorithms of purchase planning of products;
• Increase in the quality level of service of all clients;
• Improvement of the existing loyalty systems of clients to the company;
• Integration of professional customer service into the single accounting system.

Are laid great hopes on this project, in particular to optimize costs of PROFI company. If it is possible to achieve such effective objective, then the PROFI company will be able to save volumes of the sales and to save the available market in the conditions of the developed economic crisis.
