January 28, 2015. The company announced the First BIT completion of automation of work of HR department in Hyundai Glovis Rus.
In addition to HR department accounting and department of managers and supervisors were partially automated. For implementation the First BIT selected the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP" program and BIT. Access control (ACS) 8.
Project implementation helped the customer to improve control of labor discipline and to reduce labor costs: in the course of implementation specialists of the First BIT automated 50 jobs at head office of the company in St. Petersburg.
Automation allowed HyundaiGlovisRus company to refuse completely manual entry of information on attendance and use of Excel and Word for creation of personnel documents. The drawing up analytical reports which was earlier made manually is automatic now, and for synchronization of personnel data with data of a control and management system for access (ACS) specialists of the First BIT implemented the mechanism on a special algorithm. The implemented system is responsible also for planning and calculation of payment of services of the outsourcing company.

For example, before introduction of automatic numbering for registration of the document it was spent from one to three minutes, now a system does everything instantly".

Therefore harmonious work of specialists of the First BIT did not become for us a surprise.
