At Apatit factory video surveillance system implementation is complete

On February 3, 2015 it became known of installation of a system of industrial video surveillance at Apatit plant. Integrator CROC company.

In not simple conditions of the territorial structure of the JSC Apatit enterprise, communication between workshops, to system implementation of industrial video surveillance, worked only telephone. For ensuring control over personnel and the equipment regular bypasses were carried out that led to time and labor costs.

Project Progress

Specialists of CROC resolved a production control issue by means of an end-to-end system of remote video surveillance.

In composition of the television camera, servers of data storage and network of category "Critical Security" for information transfer between workshops of plant. The similar systems are used on especially important, military, industrial facilities, in police, in places of mass accumulation of people.

"The problem of creation of the Central operator point consisted in integrating in a single whole of operator factory of all departments which were in different workshops earlier. Now employees in real time see all technology processes of factory" — Alexey Barabash, the chief of ANOF-3^[1] - enrichment factory as a part of JSC Apatit noted.

Project Results

With system implementation of industrial video surveillance the enterprise refused regular bypasses. Control over processes, personnel and security of all workshops is conducted by means of video in a constant duty. The archive of videos is available to the analysis and helps at the conflict resolution, prevention of emergency situations.

"Works were carried out in extremely short time. At the same time the production process was not interrupted for a second. Installation of equipment was executed in difficult technical and climatic conditions of the Polar region. In some cases actions for explosion protection of the equipment were executed. It is unique experience which helped us to believe even more in the forces and to show the high competence", - Alexander Shirokov, the director of the department of intellectual buildings of CROC company told.

"In plans of the PhosAgro group — not to be satisfied with what has already been achieved, and to replicate the experience got in JSC Apatit on other platforms of PhosAgro — Sergey Didenko, the director of information technology of PhosAgro holding said.
