DNB Bank interacts with FSSP of the Russian Federation using the solution of Diasoft

The Diasoft company and DNB Bank announced in February, 2015 project completion on implementing solution of FLEXTERA "Interaction with FSSP".

Federal laws No. 229-FZ "About enforcement proceeding" and No. 118-FZ "About court ushers" oblige banks to respond to the requests of Federal Bailiff Service of the Russian Federation concerning debtors. For the purpose of optimization of activities for interaction with FSSP of the Russian Federation the management of DNB of Bank made the decision on implementation of a component of FLEXTERA "Interaction with FSSP".

The solution of FLEXTERA "Interaction with FSSP" provides request processing from court ushers about existence of accounts and money, cash flow and also the arrived resolutions of court bailiffs. Process automation of interaction with FSSP of the Russian Federation allowed Bank to reduce significantly time and resource expenditure by this work, to release business specialists for other tasks.

"FLEXTERA "interaction with FSSP" is already the second component of the complete solution "Diasoft" for work with state agencies installed in DNB Bank. In 2013 we implemented the solution of FLEXTERA "Interaction with GIS GMP". Solutions of Diasoft company for interaction with state agencies are the software products with accurately built business processes on a single platform allowing us to observe the federal legislation and to reduce labor costs by this work", – Igor Kuznetsov, the head of the sector of banking technologies of UIT JSC DNB Bank says.
