IT implemented the solution MobileSputnik in Norilsk Nickel MMC

February 4, 2015. Specialists of the Center of corporate mobility of IT company announced implementation in Norilsk Nickel MMC the solution MobileSputnik. Using this development iPad tablets which are used at the customer became effective tools for joint work of top managers. In particular, MobileSputnik is used for carrying out Boards of Directors and other internal summits, providing convenience, efficiency and information security of work with data.

Choosing a Solution

For ensuring support of meetings of Board of Directors and also for increase in efficiency of top management and compliance to requirements to modern realities, the customer needed to organize secure remote access to corporate information. The management of Norilsk Nickel MMC made the decision to implement the technologies allowing to hold meetings without use of paper carriers and to provide convenient access from tablets to documentation of meetings for top managers, including the area managers coming to meetings.

After the analysis of the products presented at the market meeting the requirements, the customer selected the innovative solution for the organization of corporate mobile jobs MobileSputnik which is development of the resident Skolkovo, the MobilityLab company entering into IT Group.

Result

Use of mobile devices with the corresponding software not only simplifies holding meetings, ensuring convenience of viewing and functioning with documents, but also allows to reduce labor costs by preparation of meetings considerably. Mobile devices with a set of necessary documents, available through the application, are issued to participants of meetings. Now to have necessary documentation, assistants to organizers do not need to print beforehand a large number of paper copies of materials of a meeting, and to participants to carry the devices on meetings.

MobileSputnik has the wide functionality designed to increase efficiency on mobile devices. The solution supports simultaneous operation with a large number of electronic documents in different formats, provides intuitive navigation between them, allows to edit and annotate files, to copy, rename, move and synchronize files, supporting all necessary scenarios of work with documents at meetings.
