In Yakutia the SIEI system is upgraded

The resident of the Novosibirsk Academpark Siberia AT Consulting company in partnership with JSC Rostelecom completed the works on upgrade of the regional system of interdepartmental electronic interaction (RSIEI) of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic. Within upgrade of RSMEV in the republic the software package Smart-Route developed in Academpark by Siberia AT Consulting company was implemented.

"The main advantages of Smart-Route is a speed of implementation, ease of use and profitability, – Gokov Dmitry, the CEO of AT Consulting explains Siberia. – The program is easy in mastering, is capable to function on weak communication channels, and special offline module allows to work even at their temporary absence. In all regions after implementation of Smart-Route we see growth of electronic interdepartmental requests, and Yakutia confirmed this rule".

One more feature of Smart-Route is the designer of intraregional adapters. With its help regional departments can build independently further electronic interaction with each other. According to solution designers, it gives to RSMEV flexibility and saves budgetary funds.

Upgrade of a regional system of interdepartmental electronic interaction of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic was performed within the actions of the target program regarding design and creation of infrastructure of Electronic government.

Let's note that RSMEV – an information system for the organization of interaction of federal and regional authorities electronically at the regional level. A system is designed to simplify receiving the public and municipal services, exempting citizens from collecting of required references from different authorities. Thanks to RSMEV in Yakutia regional representative offices of federal agencies, executive authorities and municipal authorities can independently obtain the necessary information from different databases in electronic form.
