Smart-Route is a software package of interdepartmental electronic interaction.

According to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 8, 2010 No. 697 "About a single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction" information systems of all authorities participating in providing the public and municipal services are subject to connection to SIEI.

AT Consulting is created the software solution Smart-Route satisfying all requirements of authorities for electronic interdepartmental interaction. Smart-Route is a single self-sufficient system based on Open Source with easy embedding in any VIS. At change of administrative regulations all completions are performed at the level of Smart-Route, without affecting basic VIS. It cardinally reduces costs of authorities for ensuring interdepartmental interaction

Functional modules

• Uniform library of adapters – an exhaustive set of forms for creation of interdepartmental electronic requests and answers to them. If necessary each adapter can separately be integrated into any departmental IC.
• The module on work with requests and management of users – user environment for work with adapters and management of accesses to them.
• The designer of ROIV-ROIV adapters – the tool for independent creation of ROIV-ROIV adapters.
• Offline client – the program for work with requests in the conditions of restrictions of communication about SIEI.
• The order taking module from EPGU and MFC – order taking in the SOAP format, created on EPGU or in MFC. The module is used for departments which have no information systems or the used systems are not connected to SIEI.
• Statistics module – analytical means of data acquisition about system operation and interdepartmental requests.

• Offline client and the system of the guaranteed delivery of data – a possibility of formation of requests with the postponed sending in the absence of communication.
• The minimum requirements to communication channels – for system operation the channel of 30 kbps with the pingovaniye period to 700 ms suffices.
• The minimum infrastructure requirements – for placement of a system there is enough server with one CPU and ESKAR of 2 GB.
• Providing the electronic signature – support of any cryptoproviders that allows to use all types of key carriers.
