February 12, 2015. Experian company and business analysts and JSC DB Alfa-Bank (Kazakhstan) brought[1] the first results of work of the platform of new generation for effective management of PowerCurve decision making process.

Besides the bank since the beginning of 2014 started more active development of retail lending. For this reason the decision to pass to technology more perfect scoring system of PowerCurve from Experian company was made. The platform of other developer which is earlier set in bank had no necessary flexibility and potential of operational change of settings.
Result
According to the results of three months of practical operation of PowerCurve, the average term of consideration of requests was reduced from 7-10 days to 1 day, when preserving quality of the loan portfolio. Operating expenses of bank were reduced, occurred not less than triple decrease in errors in decision making. At the moment no more than 1% of solutions contain errors. As a result were reached by bank business and the financial objects set at start of the platform. The PowerCurve platform allows to provide high efficiency of the made decisions at stages of customer acquisition, development of relationship with them, providing stable portfolio growth with the admissible and managed level of risks. JSC DB Alfa-Bank (Kazakhstan) implemented the PowerCurve system after successful work experience of this solution of the previous generation in JSC Alfa-Bank (Russia). The PowerCurve platform is developed in response to requirements of the market needing really flexible and end-to-end system of decision making which in the conditions of severe competition, would allow financial institutions to make the fast and thought-over decisions.
Implementation of the platform of decision making of PowerCurve from Experian allowed Alfa-Bank to reduce in Kazakhstan the term of consideration of the applications on the credits of individuals from 7-10 days to 1 day and to reduce operating expenses.
