February 13, 2015. The PONY EXPRESS company announced implementation of the automated control system for customer relations based on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 platform.
Goals and Objectives
Within implementation of new strategy of work the universal logistic operator PONY EXPRESS upgrades own information systems, bringing them into accord with new business needs. For ensuring effective customer interaction by the company the advanced IT solution of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 is implemented. This software product will give the chance with higher quality to systematize information on the available and potential clients of the company, including request processing, business process management of sales, marketing and contact center at the Moscow office of the company and also in 186 branches and representations in the territory of seven countries of the world.
