Dokuchaeva Natalya

Biography

Natalia Dokuchaeva graduated from the Faculty of International Journalism of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Russian Foreign Ministry in 2001.

In 2001-2006 she worked at Alfa Bank, where she held the position of press secretary.

Then for a year she was the head of the department of external relations and the head of the department of communications with investors in the Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK).

Since 2007, she served as head of the strategic communications department at Home Credit Bank.

In 2008, she went to work at the Bank of Moscow, where for four years she was the head of the press service.

In 2012, she headed the press service of Sberbank of Russia.

From 2013 to 2017, she was vice president of communications for the Adela Financial Retail Group, which includes the leading collection agency Sequoia Credit Consolidation, the leading Russian IFC Home Money and MFIs for small and microbusiness Finotdel.

In 2018, she joined the BCS Capital team and oversees external communications.
