Purpose of IE "Bypasses"

The modern enterprise, as a rule, has an extensive fleet of various production equipment, transport, buildings, infrastructure, IT equipment and networks. The composition of assets, changing over time, requires attention and constant control. In order to effectively manage assets in accordance with the goals of the business, it is necessary to restore order in the accounting system. Constant monitoring of the state of assets is the only sure way to effectively manage the assets of the enterprise.

The information system "Bypass" (IE "Bypass") is designed to optimize the processes of inspections and accounting of assets due to:

  • Prompt receipt of critical information on the actual availability and status of assets
  • The implementation of a unique identification system that allows you to uniquely determine the location of the contractor
  • Operational control of work performance.

Integration of IS "Bypass" with class systems ERP EAM and allows you to get a full-fledged complex of asset state management. Timely acquisition of the necessary asset data from various sources in a single system allows you to make important decisions in accordance with business strategy.


When using the System, the enterprise is able to:

  • Monitoring and control of all assets of the enterprise
  • Minimize inventory and maintenance costs
  • Obtain consolidated and up-to-date information from the most remote parts of the organization and, if necessary, drill this information down to the asset level for research and business analysis in order to choose a path and opportunities for its improvement and elimination of existing problems.

The Bypass Information System (IS) passed internal acceptance in early 2015 and was registered in the register of the State Product Cataloging System (GSKP). IS "Bypasses," a software product of IBA IT Park, one of the development centers of the IBA Group, allows you to effectively manage the assets of the enterprise using modern mobile devices on the Android platform.

The GKSP registers products that are produced according to the current technical regulatory legal acts - state standards of the Republic of Belarus, interstate standards, technical conditions that have passed state registration.

Registration in the register of the "State Product Cataloging System" indicates the high quality of the software product and means that the IS "Bypasses" complies with the established technical requirements and regulatory legal acts.

In total, about 300 products of companies included in the IBA Group are registered in the GSKP.

Functional capabilities of IE "Bypasses"

IE "Bypasses" allows you to:

  • Integration with other business applications installed in the enterprise
  • The use of Web technologies, which makes systems more flexible and allows you to receive and enter information remotely, via the Internet
  • Integration with lower (technical) systems allowing, for example, to automate diagnostic processes
  • Delineation of access rights of information users
  • Control over:
  • - execution of rounds;
  • - location of performers on the map;
  • - receiving all events from mobile clients with the possibility of detailing
  • Organization of prompt notification of the necessary employees about the state of assets (email, SMS)
  • Control and identification of assets, as well as determining the location of the contractor based on GPS data, scanning a QR code, as well as linear barcodes, reading NFC tags. Flexible ability to configure the priority of data from different sources.
